Hardy Vaughn, CLU, ChFC, CAP, MSFS
Hardy Vaughn has more than 45 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designations.
He is a former president of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council and Central Florida Chapter of the Society for Financial Service Professionals; a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting; and a qualifying and life member of the Million Dollar Roundtable (with 39 consecutive years of qualification). Hardy also enjoys membership in Court of the Table, Top of the Table, and The Forum 400.
Over the years, Hardy has been involved in many civic activities, having served on the board of directors of The Adoption Center, Inc., the Central Florida Chapter of American Red Cross, and the American Heart Association-Central Florida Region. He currently serves on the board of directors of The American College Foundation and Heart of the City Foundation and is a past president of The University Club of Orlando.
Hardy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Science in Financial Services from the American College at Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Director of Group Benefits
Cindi Johnston specializes in the development of corporate employee benefits programs. She has worked with employers and HR professionals to design and implement employee benefits programs for more than 30 years. Cindi brings not only extensive experience, but strong industry knowledge to our company and customers. In a constantly changing healthcare environment, her expertise helps clients navigate the complexities of benefits programs, compliance, and funding options to manage their employee benefits portfolios.
Cindi specializes in the implementation and administration of employee benefits plans for clients in the mid-to-large size category. She has worked for some of the biggest insurance carriers in the industry include Aetna, Principal, and Humana.
Cindi is a member of the NFP Corporate Group Employee Benefits Committee, which monitors trends in the employee-benefits industry and promotes ongoing education. She is also an active member of National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).
Mike Ison has been a successful, well-known banker in Central Florida for thirty-five years. His practice is focused on corporate and personal insurance opportunities and solutions. Mike’s vast knowledge of wealth management, financial and retirement planning, investments, portfolio design and tactical tax strategies provides customized options for his clients. Using a consultative approach to identify needs, he garners the confidence and trust of novice and savvy prospects and clients.
Mike is a graduate of Seminole State College, Emory University National Trust School, University of Florida School of Banking and the Orange County Bar Association’s Leadership Law program. Mike holds a Series 7 (General Securities Representative). Mike is also a Registered Representative with Kestra Investment Services, LLC. As a native of Central Florida, Mike has a vested interest in giving back to his community and serves as a board member for Orange County Public Schools’ Foundation Board and is Chair Elect. He also supports the community by volunteering in various capacities with Junior Achievement, Coalition for the Homeless and Habitat for Humanity.
Senior Client Underwriting Manager
Kim Wajda currently serves as an administrative assistant and client service representative.
Kim is an insurance professional who holds life, health and fixed annuity licenses. In her role at Seaside Insurance, she handles the processing of new business to include individual life, disability and long-term care insurance. Her duties also include preparing illustrations, obtaining client information, coordinating the underwriting process, scheduling exams, and communicating with clients on all aspects of their policies. She has more than 33 years of experience.
As a licensed agent in our Group Benefits Department, Dorothy Quinones oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations. With her high success in delivering quality service, Dorothy brings extensive experience in the management of billing, claims, and ongoing administration for both employers and individual plan participants. She also specializes in our electronic benefits administration system. Dorothy brings over 17+ years of experience in the industry, including 10 years of brokerage experience.

Aimee Crouse has been a licensed agent for over 20 years and has helped small business partners develop and implement their employee benefits programs throughout Central Florida. Aimee’s extensive knowledge and expertise with Group Benefits is unparalleled. She is well known for her great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for the company and their employees. She has relationships with all the group benefit carriers in Florida including, Aetna, Cigna, Florida Blue, Humana and United Healthcare.
Kristi Leonard has been a Health & Life licensed agent for 24+ years with group and individual product knowledge. Residing in Central Florida since 1999 she has built strong relationships in the insurance industry. She professionally handles the expectations of our clients and understands their needs to ensure proper benefits administration.
